FROZEN YOGURT STRAWBERRY

Materials

  • 200 gr. sliced strawberries
  • 200 gr. strained low-fat yogurt
  • 1 kg stevia

Implementation

  • 1. Put the strawberries in the freezer to freeze for 2 hours.
  • 2. Then beat them as they are frozen together with the yogurt and stevia in the multi for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3. Serve immediately.

For a cool afternoon snack you can prepare it and taste it with just 100-120Kcal per bowl!
