FROZEN YOGURT STRAWBERRY
Materials
- 200 gr. sliced strawberries
- 200 gr. strained low-fat yogurt
- 1 kg stevia
Implementation
- 1. Put the strawberries in the freezer to freeze for 2 hours.
- 2. Then beat them as they are frozen together with the yogurt and stevia in the multi for 2-3 minutes.
- 3. Serve immediately.
For a cool afternoon snack you can prepare it and taste it with just 100-120Kcal per bowl!
