Cold salad with beans and chickpeas

Materials:
500g black-eyed beans
500g chickpeas
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of dill
1 bunch of fresh onion
1 bunch of dry onion
2 peppers (1 green and 1 red)
200 ml Olive oil (3/4 olive oil, ¼ lemon juice, 1 tbsp mustard)
Salt and pepper
Implementation:
Soak the beans and chickpeas overnight. We boil them (as much as we wish). Mix all the ingredients and finally add the olive oil. It is served cold.
