World Heart Day

On Sunday, September 21, from 5 pm until 8 am, there will be free cholesterol tests at Thessaloniki Beach (Karamanli statue-next to the statue of M. Alexander). The examinations will be conducted by medical staff of the Atherosclerosis Society of Northern Greece. From 6 pm on the same day "We walk with our hearts" starting from the statue of Karamanlis and moving towards Perea, we reach the swimming pool and then return to the starting point. It is a distance of about 2 kilometers, so easy for most people to follow and a very beautiful route of the beach of Thessaloniki.
