The wedding is a unique moment in the life of all women, charged with a lot of stress for its correct and timely organization. For this you must read the following article with useful tips for brides. It is also quite important that the bride wants her body image to be ideal in her wedding dress and to shine in her wedding photos! That's why most women follow a diet along with the rest of their wedding preparations.

If you want to lose a few kilos before the wedding, then it is better to consult a dietitian and not to do makeshift diets or resort to products that promise quick results. Because when the bride-to-be applies a deprivation diet, after the happy event she eats more than double what she was deprived of during the diet. Also, pills and nutritional supplements that promise great weight loss in a short period of time generally do not work in the long run and some of these preparations are also dangerous for health.

The best diet for the body is a balanced diet, that is, eat everything, but in moderation, and not in large quantities. The recommended healthy weight loss according to the World Health Organization is set at 4-6 kg per month, about one kg per week, which is quite a realistic and easily achievable goal. It would be a good idea to start early enough so that in the final wedding dress rehearsals, you are not yet losing weight.

Prefer many and small meals during the day. This way you keep your stomach in action all the time. Plan 5-6 meals a day: 3 main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in normal quantities and 2-3 intermediate meals-snacks. Add fruits and vegetables, semi-skimmed dairy and lean meats, poultry and fish to your daily diet. Avoid very fatty foods and use olive oil as the only source of fat in your diet. Avoid heavy and heavy alcoholic drinks, as alcohol contains many "empty" calories. Don't forget to drink a lot of water, at least 1.5 liters a day.

The contribution of proper nutrition can also contribute to the health of your skin, since all brides want their face to shine that day, as well as to your mental mood. Antioxidant components such as carotenoids (carrot, spinach, broccoli, apricot, mango) as well as vitamins that promote the good functioning of collagen such as vitamin C (pepper, kiwi, citrus fruits, strawberries) should be taken a sufficient time before so that you shine

If you don't exercise and don't know where to start, start by walking. Walking is simple, inexpensive and can be done anywhere! Walking will not only help you get in shape but it will also reduce your stress. Take the stairs instead of using the elevator. Join a gym with your bestie or a friend and follow an aerobic exercise program, it's the kind of exercise that helps burn fat in the best way. Additionally, include a program with multi-rep weights. Many couples prepare a dance for their wedding day. Dancing is the most fun way to relieve stress while working out with your partner. After a few weeks of exercise you will begin to notice a change in both your body and mind. From the moment you feel better about yourself, you will fight your stress more easily. This will in turn help with your wedding planning.

On the day before the wedding take care of your diet by eating fruits and vegetables and try to drink enough water to glow on the wedding day. Avoid drinking alcohol and caffeine that will make you jittery as well as trying strange foods that can cause unpleasant gastrointestinal disturbances. Also, get enough sleep and remember that a good night's sleep is like a good meal, it should leave you satisfied but not with a heavy stomach.

Finally, on your wedding day, start with a hearty breakfast and avoid consuming coffee or alcohol before it. If the wedding is in the late afternoon, it would be good to consume a small meal, and if this is not possible, prefer juices or fruit consumption and try not to be completely fasting.

In summary, try to organize our time as best as possible so that with the help of experts you can reach your ideal weight, without deprivation and above all without it being at the expense of your health. The time is good!!!
