Nutriexperts at Bambino Nursery for Baby Nutrition

Nutriexperts, Irini Kontopidou, Stelina Vassiliadis and Phaedra Dagoglou met on Wednesday, January 24 at the Bambino kindergarten in Kalabaria and informed the parents about the child nutrition.

The topics analyzed by Nutriexperts were the importance of nutrients in infancy and school age, the importance of breakfast in their daily lives, childhood obesity and prevention methods, as well as tackling neophobia in the introduction of new foods. In addition, original ideas were given for children to eat fruits and vegetables.

A discussion followed with the parents in order to solve all their questions about the issue of child nutrition.
