It is a fact that most women like healthy and beautiful nails. What I'm going to reveal to you today is that it's not at all difficult to take care of them yourself without spending a fortune on expensive nail treatment products.

Below you will find some tips that we can do very easily to always have the nails we dream of:

If your nails peel and break easily:

It is one of the most common problems that has happened to all of us. The longer our nails grow, the easier it is for them to break. To prevent this from happening, it is good to use gloves when doing housework, but what will really save you is to dip your nails for 10' in a bowl with a little vinegar! It makes them incredibly strong and hard!

If you have cuticles and often get ingrown toenails:

It is normal to have cuticles and cuticles, since our nails are in direct contact with water, soap and other detergents every day.

To avoid this, try to apply moisturizer every time you wash your hands. And because it's natural that you can't always do it, remember to put the moisturizer on your bedside table and use it every day before you go to sleep! From the very first week you will see different things on your nails, but also on your hands! They will become soft without cuticles and cuticles!

If your nails are yellow:

This usually happens to women who dye them continuously without a break. Always remember that you should let them rest for a day before repainting them! And of course, you should not forget the opaque base before applying the varnish so that the nail is not soaked with the color of the varnish! Also, you can try leaving your nails for 10' in a bowl in which you have put the juice of a lemon with a little warm water. You will get even more spectacular results if you rub the lemon on your nails in circular motions! This way the unsightly yellow tint from your nails will disappear!

In combination with the above tips, you should know that the right diet also plays a key role in strengthening the nails! Dry nails are often due to the lack of good fats from our diet.

Some of the foods you can include in your daily diet are the following:

  •  Foods rich in protein

meat, poultry, fish, seafood, eggs and dairy

  • Foods rich in iron

liver, red meat, seafood, legumes, nuts, green vegetables

  • Foods rich in folic acid

spinach, broccoli, lettuce, banana, nuts, beans, whole grains, eggs, liver, lentils, Brussels sprouts

  •  Foods rich in calcium

dairy products, sesame, almonds, sardines

  •  Foods containing zinc

seafood, liver, red meat, chicken, oats, milk, eggs

In conclusion, nutrition plays a very important role in the health of our nails. In fact, if we also apply the above little secrets, we will see an immediate result and our nails will be brighter and stronger than ever!
