EFET announcement for recall of LIDL cereals

The EFET, in the context of investigating a complaint, found the presence of a foreign body in the product "Crownfield Breakfast cereal with 10% chocolate chips and 4% hazelnuts", in a 600g package, with batch number L 14340 012 and a best-by date preferably before 04.06.2016, produced by Mulder Natural Foods NV and distributed in Greece by Lidl Hellas.

The company Lidl Hellas has been required to recall / withdraw the specific batch of product and the relevant checks are ongoing.

Consumers who have purchased the above product are requested not to consume it for precautionary reasons.
