Sausage recall update

 

The E.F.E.T., and specifically the Regional Directorate of Central Macedonia, during inspections within the framework of the "Official control of microbiological food safety criteria" Program, after the sampling of cold meats and in collaboration with the Regional Public Health Laboratory of Thessaly , established the existence of the pathogenic microorganism Salmonella spp.

This is the product with the trade name "Si fresh village sausage", weight 0.310Kg, with batch number 201505180021, date of production 18-05-2015, date of expiry 27-06-2015, which is produced by the company "Gasnakis G. Antonios", based in Kampochori, Imathia.

The E.F.E.T. demanded the immediate recall - withdrawal of the entire product in question from the company and the relevant controls are already underway.

E.F.E.T. calls on consumers who have purchased the above product, photo below, not to consume it.
